The Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan is presenting the workshop “High Performance Leadership” on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the LISD Tech Center, 1372 N. Main St., Adrian.
This one-day, one-of-a-kind leadership workshop is perfect for managers, supervisors, team-members and for other work groups from any industry. Leadership experts take participants on blindfolded walks with Leader Dogs that are used as tools to help make an emotional connection to the principles of leadership.
With 58% of workers saying they would work for less money under a great supervisor, this training will bring a special perspective to each team to help turn managers into leaders and great bosses.
The event includes breakfast and a catered lunch and is limited to 30 participants. HRASM member cost is $400, while non-members are $450. For further information, contact Holly Myers at email@example.com. This training is eligible for 6.5 SHRM and HRCI re-certification credits.
