Nobody understands great customer service better than Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Disney Institute training, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” on June 26, 2019.

Excellent service does not simply come from a friendly transaction or helpful technology—it is the result of truly understanding your customer’s expectations and putting the right service standards in place to exceed them.

In this unique, one-day workshop, you will discover how Disney’s attention to detail creates a consistent, world-class service experience. You will also examine how attention to detail can create a consistent experience for both employees and customers, and how to design and differentiate your organization’s customer service to become a provider of choice.

The program is from 8 am – 5 pm on Wednesday, June 26, with advanced registration at the Jackson Chamber website. The Chamber-member cost of $365 includes the program, breakfast and lunch, and is extended to members of the Adrian Chamber. When five or more people are registered from the same organization, there is a $40 discount for each person.
