A watery scene in downtown Adrian 

Merchants and local employees on in the 100 block of East Maumee Street in downtown
Adrian were surprised by the sound of rushing water Monday morning. Looking out
their windows, they were treated to the unusual site of the fire hydrant in front of the future
City Hall shooting a stream of water across the street.
