Downtown building activity
Saws were buzzing and the crane was lifting panels high atop the Adrian Public Library on Wednesday morning in downtown Adrian. The coming summer weeks will see even more activity as work commences on changing all of the downtown street to two-way. The Library project will wrap up in early to mid-August as the work continues on the City Hall complex and the construction of a new Police Department. |
